By this application, the applicant seeks quashing of the F.I.R, registered vide C.R. No.0203 of 2021 with the Waliv Police Station, Palghar, for the alleged offence punishable under section 3 of the Official Secret Act.

Learned A.P.P has tendered a report dated 14th February, 2023 of Deepak Kumbhar, P.S.I attached toi Waliv Police Station.
