This Review Petition was disposed of by an order dated 10 April 2017 passed by this Court. The matter was mentioned by learned counsel for the Petitioner on 10 April 2017 at 5 p.m.. The Review Petitioner was directed to mention the matter on 11 April 2017 at 11 a.m. after giving notice to the learned advocate representing the Respondent. Notice was accordingly issued by the Review Petitioner upon the learned Advocate for the Respondent for mentioning the matter at 11 a.m. On 11 April 2017 none appeared for the Respondent when the matter was mentioned. 2.

The matter is placed on Board for direction at the instance of the Petitioner today. None appeared for the Respondent even today. Since the Review Petition is already disposed of on 10 April 2017, the Review Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
