The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP on instructions of Shri B.R.Sonawane, the Section Officer, agree that these petitions should be disposed of in terms of the order dated 29th January 2015 in Writ Petition No.214 of 2015 and other connected matters.

Accordingly, for the reasons recorded

sl906 in the said order dated 29th January 2015, writ petitions are disposed of by passing the following order :

(I) We direct the State Government to issue order granting previous approval as assured above in terms of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 within a period of one month from today;

(II) On receipt of the said orders, the Collector/Additional Collector, as the case may be, shall decide the applications made by the petitioners under sub-section (1) of section 36A of the said Code as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the orders of previous approval issued by the State Government;

(III) The petitions are disposed of on above terms.
