Heard the learned APP. By an order dated 4/12/2013 this Court (Coram : M.L. Tahaliyani, J) had decided the application filed by the present applicant and had granted liberty to the applicant to move the trial court for speedy trial. It does not appear from the application that the applicant had approached the Sessions Court. The present application is filed on 18/7/2013. The learned APP upon instructions submits that the accused is on bail in the present case. However he has been convicted in another case and is undergoing Talwalkar 1/2

32.appln21.14.sxw imprisonment and therefore, the trial could not be expedited. However, since there is already order of expeditious trial, it is not necessary to pass any order. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
