Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents are served. The affidavit of service is already filed. No affidavit in reply has been filed by any of the respondents. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for some of the respondents, who are present in Court. The delay of 29 days in filing the appeal from order is satisfactorily explained.

6-caa350-16 application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicants are directed to remove all the office objections, if any, within two weeks from today. No order as to costs. 4.

Place the appeal from order on board for admission on 5th October, 2016.
