Learned Counsel for the appellant informs the Court that the appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur, on 6.9.2017, which includes the principal amount of Rs.26,53,000/- alongwith interest which comes to Rs.34,39,984/-.

In view of this submission, stay granted earlier on 7.8.2017 is continued pending appeal.
