DATED : 10th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, in the wake of the material available against the applicant, which have been crystallized through the affidavit filed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police on 13/9/2021, the learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the application.
Considering his long incarceration since 19/9/2017, the Special Court (MCOCA) Thane is requested to give precedence to the trial in Sessions Case No.24/2017 and since 30 more witnesses are to be examined, shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from today. Tilak
