DATE : 15th DECEMBER, 2023 P.C. :- This Criminal Revision Application challenges an order dated 3 February, 2016 passed by the 11th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kurla and as confirmed by the judgment and order dated 17 December, 2016 passed by the Sessions Court, Mumbai.

The present applicant was the respondent in the domestic violence complaint filed by the respondent no.1 before the 11th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kurla, Mumbai. By a judgment and order dated 3 February, 2016, 11th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kurla, Mumbai restrained the present applicant and prohibited him from making communication with the present respondent no.1 or

The present applicant has not appeared in this Court when the matter was called out on 30 November 2023, 7 December 2023, 8 December 2023 and even today when the matter was called out, the applicant is not present.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Revision Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
