This application is preferred by original claimant for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company.

In view of the order passed by this court in Civil Application No.3247 of 2014 and allowed the applicant claimant to withdraw the amount, nothing survives in the Civil Application.

Hence, same is rejected as infructuous.
