Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

After this matter was heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that the Appellant shall be given six months time to vacate the suit structure and hand over possession thereof to the Respondents and subject to this concession being granted to the Appellant, the judgment and decree appealed from may be confirmed. Learned Counsel for the Appellant undertakes to the Court, on instructions from his client, who is present before the Court, that he shall vacate the suit structure and hand over possession thereof to the Respondents within a period of six months from today. The undertaking is accepted. The second appeal is disposed of.
