Pursuant to the order dated 12th January 2017, it is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants-accused that they have jointly deposited Rs. 45,000/- with the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalwan Taluka, District- Nashik. The receipt of this payment is produced. Photocopy is taken on record.

In this case, the applicants-accused are prosecuted under sections 394, 427 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the order dated 12th January 2017, while granting interim bail, this Court on perusal of the injury certificate has observed that the injuries sustained by the complainant and Sachin Patil were simple in nature. Other applicantsaccused have no criminal antecedents. However, there is one C.R.No. 44 of 2016 pending against the applicant-accused no.1 at Deola Police Station for offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 504, 506 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the facts, I confirm the order of interim bail, which was earlier granted by the order dated 12th January 2017 with the terms and conditions as mentioned below:-
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest, the applicants -accused be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant-accused no.1 shall not involve in any offence and especially against human body and on violation of this condition, the prosecution will be at liberty to move the Court for cancellation of bail.
(iii) The applicants-accused shall not harass or threaten the complainant and other persons.
(iv) The applicants-accused shall not indulge into any criminal activity.
