P.C.:- Heard finally, by consent of the parties, at this stage itself, as the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent makes statement that pursuant to the order and entitlement of the Petitioner, the payable amount is already paid to the Petitioner. The Petitioner has no issue so far as that payment is concerned. However, the submission is made that the calculation so made is incorrect. Therefore, we are disposing of the present Contempt Petition, as no case is made out. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to apply afresh for the calculations to the Zilla Parishad, 1/2

ssm 2 4-cp75.13.sxw Satara within two weeks from today, and the concerned Department/Office to consider the representation of the Petitioner as early as possible, preferably within four months thereafter. The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly, with liberty.
