The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed. In view of the changed circumstances, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice with further liberty to approach the Sessions Court in the changed circumstances.
