The Petitioner has written a letter to his Advocate instructing him to withdraw the above Writ Petition on the ground that he is receiving threats from Government authorities. However, the Petitioner when asked to provide particulars of the threats received by him, states that he has not received any threats and he wants to withdraw the letter addressed by him to his Advocate. He is therefore, allowed to withdraw the letter dated 24th January, 2022. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner now states that the Petitioner is desirous of unconditionally withdrawing the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, the learned Advocate for Respondent No.4 is desirous of SSP 1/2

21 wp 431 of 2022.doc proceeding with the issue/s raised in the above Writ Petition. He is therefore, granted liberty to file an independent Writ Petition on the same cause of action seeking appropriate reliefs.
