The above Civil Applications have been filed seeking amendment to the above Contempt Petition. The amendment sought is in BGP.

terms of the schedule to the Civil Applications. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 has no objection to the Civil Applications, provided contentions of the Respondent No.4 in respect of the said amendments are kept open. Since the Contempt Petition is pending admission, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Applications filed by the Petitioner for amendment. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Petitioner would be entitled to amend the Contempt Petition in terms of the schedule to the Civil Applications. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date and the amended copy of the Contempt Petition to be served on the concerned Respondents including the Respondent No.4. The contentions of the Respondent No.4 are kept open.
The Respondents on receipt of the amended copy of Contempt Petition, would be at liberty to file their replies to the amended Contempt Petition two weeks thereafter. List the Contempt Petition for admission after four weeks i.e. on 03.04.2017. The Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] BGP.
