Heard. This appeal is preferred by Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 for stay of the operation and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 25/11/2005 passed by the learned Judge, Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in S.C.Suit No.829/1996. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this court, by order dated 22/03/2006 granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). He submits that said order is continued till today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and as the adBasavraj G Patil 1/2

3.225.06-caf interim is continued since 2006, in the interest of justice, the ad-interim relief shall continue till hearing and final disposal of the appeal.
