The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 23 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 376(f), 377 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 8 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The Applicant is arrested on 11th January 2018. 2.

The victim, a minor girl in categorical terms stated about the involvement of the Applicant in the crime in question and has narrated the entire incident. It is the history against the Applicant of similar attempt against the said victim. The medical evidence supports the case of the

2/2 Yadav 15.ba.98.2019 prosecution. That being so, sufficient material is available on record to infer prima facie involvement of the Applicant in the crime in question. 3.

As such, no case for bail is made out. Hence, the bail Application stands rejected.
