The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri K V Saste on instructions of the Investigating Officer Shri. Pratap Bhos - PSI, EOW, Palghar, who is personally present Court states that the charge-sheets have been filed in respect of both the FIRs i.e. FIR No.197 of 2016 and FIR No.201 of 2016. The FIR being No.201of 2016 is slightly later in point of time than the FIR being No.197 of 2016. Faced with this situation, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners Shri Raja Thakare states that having regard to the provisions of Section 220 of the Criminal Procedure Code, appropriate orders be passed by lgc

However, we direct that if any such application is filed by the Petitioners invoking Section 220 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the concerned Court would consider the said application and decide the same having regard to the facts stated in the charge-sheets arising out of the two FIRs, in accordance with law and expeditiously.
