None appears for the petitioner. The Advocates representing the first to fourth respondents as well as the sixth respondent are present.

The grievance of the petitioner is that notwithstanding the notice dated 10th December, 2011 issued by his Advocate inviting the attention of the first to fourth respondents as well as to the fifth respondent to the alleged illegal construction carried out by the sixth respondent, no action has been taken. 3.

There is no reply filed by the first to fourth respondents as well as the fifth respondent.

Hence we need not keep the petition pending. We dispose of the petition in the following terms:- (i) We direct the first to fifth respondents to treat the notice (Exhibit-E to the petition) as a representation made by the petitioner;

(ii) After considering the grievances of the petitioner made therein, appropriate decision shall be taken by the respondent Nos.1 to 5 within a period of three months from today. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner; (iii) All contentions on merits are kept open.
