The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the proposal of the petitioner for appointment on the post of supervisor, Assistant Headmaster and Headmaster. It is stated that none of the proposals submitted by the Management have been considered by the respondent no. 3.

Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the proposal of the petitioner, if the same is not yet decided, within a period of two months. Order accordingly. No costs.
