The petitioner is the member of the Indira Housing Society, Jaysingpur. He has grievance in respect of allotment of plot, sale of plot by the Society to third parties. The complaint was made by the petitioner to Collector. The Additional Collector by communication dated 27th November, 2014 did not interfere into the matter observing that petitioner has alternate remedies.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner
2/2 wp1677.15.sxw had already filed proceedings in Co-operative Court in respect of the resolutions passed by the Society and has approached the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies making grievance against the functioning of the Society. It is submitted that petitioner has already approached the Consumer Forum.

Perused the record and the impugned order. In the facts of the case, we find that petitioner has already resorted to alternate remedy. Hence, no interference is warranted under extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court. Writ Petition is dismissed.
