Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that a reasonable time may be granted to the applicants to produce the documents as required by letter dated 28th December 2017 issued by the second respondent. He states that he has no objection if this Court directs disposal of the applications by second respondent within a time-bound schedule. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent opposes these applications.

We have perused the letter dated 28th December 2017. Reasonable time deserves to be granted to the applicants to produce the
4/4 108.18-caw-- documents. Accordingly, we dispose of these applications by passing the following order:
(i) It will be open for the applicants to produce relevant documents with concerned officer of the Municipal Corporation within a period of six weeks from today. No further time shall be granted to the applicants to produce documents.
(ii) We direct that the applications for regularization made by the applicants shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of three months from today.
