Heard. The Applicant has earlier preferred an Anticipatory Bail Application No.1607 of 2014. He had withdrawn the same by seeking protection of few days and thereafter surrendering before the Trial Court.

Now under the guise of change of circumstances the second application has been filed by the Applicant. The perusal of the application does not reveal there is a change in the facts and circumstances in which the first application for pre-arrest bail was rejected. Needless to add, heart attack allegedly suffered was also suffered two days prior to earlier application. 3.
Resultantly, not only there are no merits in the application, but the said indicates earlier order being misused and /or deliberately Megha 1 of 2
