This is an application for extension of time for furnishing sureties. By an order dated 24.11.2017 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on her furnishing cash security initially for a period of six weeks in order to enable the applicant to arrange for the sureties. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as a matter of fact the applicant has submitted the documents of sureties with the concerned police station however, the process of verification of documents is yet to be completed.

In view of the facts mentioned in the application the period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today.
