Ms.Patil seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that the main Petition namely Hindu Marriage Petition No. 162 of 1999 is disposed of and therefore, this Petition is rendered infractuous. Mr.Ghanvat does not dispute this position. 3.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Ms.Patil, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
