The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court at Bandra on 28/01/2016 at 11.00 a.m., on which date, the Family Court shall fix the appropriate date.

It is to be noted that it is quite unfortunate that the petitioner approached this Court by filing petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India in matter such as this. However, URS
