The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on instructions states that in view of permission dated 6th July 2016, the third Respondent Municipal Corporation will not implement notice dated 30th December 2017 (Exhibit "C") which is impugned in this Petition. We accept the said statement. 2.

In view of the said statement, it is not necessary to entertain the Petition and the same is disposed of.
