Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that against the order impugned in these Petitions, there is remedy of filing Revision before the State Government under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code by virtue of amendment dated 11/04/2016. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw these Petitions.

Writ Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer Revision before the State Government. All contentions on merits are kept open.

Hon'ble Minister to consider the time consumed in prosecuting present Petitions as bonafide in the event if an application is made for condonation of delay. 2/3

In view of withdrawal of the Petitions, Civil applications does not survive and the same shall stand disposed of as such.
