Today also, so on the last occasion none appeared for the petitioner. The subject matter of the petition is, the order of eviction passed against the present petitioner in RCS No. 100 of 2000 which was confirmed in RCA No. 180 of 2009 and the present revision is pending since 2016.

Neither the ofÏce objections are removed nor the copies are made available to the contesting respondents i.e. respondent no. 1 4.

Even today none appeared for the petitioner.
