P.C.:- The application is filed for modification /cancellation of the condition of the bail. The Applicant was convicted by the Sessions Court, Ratnagiri for offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC. The Applicant being aggrieved by the same preferred the appeal. In this appeal the Applicant had preferred Bail Application No.558 of 2017. The Division Bench of this Court by order dated 27th April, 2017 was pleased to release the Applicant on bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties to make up the said amount and P R. Bond in the like amount. As a condition of bail, the Applicant was directed to report to Sangameshwar Police Station on every alternate Monday till 1/3
disposal of the appeal.

Mr. K.Y. Mali, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that subsequent to the said order, the Applicant has shifted to Vashi and is presently residing at Vashi at the address mentioned in the cause title of the appeal. He further submits that Sangameshwar Town is 200 kms. away from the present place of residence and therefore, it is difficult for him to report Sangameshwar Police station on every alternate Monday. He submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to report Vashi Police Station on every alternate Monday. Statement is accepted.

The learned AGP submits to the orders of this Court. 4.
In the light of above, in order to reduce hardship to the Applicant, condition in paragraph 8(ii) of the order dated 27th April, 2017 is modified as under:- " During the period that the Applicant is on bail, he shall report to the Vashi police station on every alternate Monday till the disposal of the appeal."

The Applicant is also directed to furnish fresh bonds notifying present address.

The application stands disposed of.
