Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that an application in the nature of review, bearing no. Criminal Misc. Application No. 85 of 2020 is preferred before the Sessions Court where reliefs claimed are similar to one as claimed in the present petition. He therefore on instructions, seeks liberty to pursue the said application and withdraw the present petition.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. All contentions are kept open. I may not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions.
