Telephonic contact with the advocate, he gave new address of his firm and the letter is re-sent at new address on 20th July, 2021. It is pertinent to note that none appeared for the appellant on 30th June, 2021. Today also none appears for the appellant. Hence, appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
