The copies of documents, which are requested by the petitioners, have not been specified and it is vaguely recorded that the copies of the documents enlisted in the letter dated 01.07.2017, 20.11.2017, 24.11.2017, 11.12.2017 and 06.01.2018 be supplied to the petitioners to facilitate them to tender reply to the show cause notice issued by the respondent-petroleum company on 28.11.2017. The Counsel appearing for the respondent-petroleum company states that since the documents requested by the petitioners are not specified, there is a difficulty in complying with the request of the petitioners. 2.

In the circumstances, if the petitioners tender the list of the relevant documents, copies of which are required for tendering a reply, within one week from today, the petroleum company shall consider the request and supply the copies of relevant documents which are available with the respondent-petroleum company as expeditiously as possible, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the request.
