It appears that the Applicant has undergone more than six years of imprisonment and therefore, we allow this Application and direct that the Appeal filed by the Applicant i.e. Criminal Appeal No.950 of 2009 be added to the final hearing board at its appropriate place on the board from 2nd March 2015. Application allowed as indicated above.
