After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. However, in the peculiar facts of the case, in the interest of justice, considering the age of the victim girls, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Special Judge to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial is expedited. Learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
