Heard the learned counsel for the complainant. The accused is not residing on the given address and, therefore, notice could not be served upon him.

Appeal admit.

Action under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. Since the address of the Respondent is not known, the order be served by issuing nonbailable warrant. The Respondent shall remain present before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kolhapur within 12 weeks from today and furnish bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The Respondent shall continue to cause his appearance once in six months on the date assigned by the Learned JMFC. Upon failure
