1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2] This application is for condonation of delay in preferring the Revision Application, against the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, dated 20th August 2016, in Criminal Appeal No.8 of 2013, whereby the appeal preferred by the State against the acquittal of the respondents came to be dismissed.

3] The applicant is the first informant/wife.

4] The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed the condonation of delay.

5] From the perual of the application for condonation of delay, it appears that the sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. To advance the cause of substantive justice, delay in preferring the Revision Application is condoned.

6] Criminal Application No.18 of 2017 stands disposed of. 7] The Revision Application be registered and be listed as per C.M.I.S. date.
