P.C. :- 1] Learned Asst. Govt. Pleader states that the entire award amount has been deposited before the reference court. However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the entire amount has not been deposited and there is a deficit.

2] Be that as it may, the execution of the impugned order is hereby stayed. However, this shall be subject to the appellants depositing the entire awarded amount alongwith interest before the reference court. In any case, the entire amount has not been deposited, further four weeks from today is granted to deposit the same. Once the amount is 1/2

DSS 36-caf-3140-16 in fa-1169-16.doc deposited, the reference court to invest the same in a Nationalised Bank in a fixed deposit instrument for an initial period of two years and thereafter the same shall be renewed from time to time until further orders from this court.
