P.C:- Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition to avail remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal concerning the measure taken by the second respondent under SARFAESI relatable to the flat which is in possession of the petitioner and by way of a separate proceeding concerning the grievance against the sixth respondent i.e. of not providing water and electricity to the flat.

Granting liberty as prayed for, Writ Petition is dismissed.
