The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the appeal preferred by the petitioners on 30th March 2013 (Exhibit-C to the petition) is still pending. The learned AGP has no instructions on this aspect. Considering the limited relief prayed for in this petition, the same need not be kept pending. The petition is disposed of by passing the following order:

(I) We direct the petitioners or their representative to appear before the respondent No.2 on 6th April 2015 at 11.00 a.m. The petitioners or their representative shall produce an authenticated copy of this order as well as a photo copy of the memorandum of appeal dated 30th March 2013 and letter dated 23rd April 2013 (Exhibits C and D to the

wp1584 petition) before the respondent No.2;

(II) If the appeal dated 30th March 2013 preferred by the petitioners is still pending, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from 6th April 2015;

(III) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(IV) Writ Petition is disposed of on above terms;

(V) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
