By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1 year and 256 days in filing the first appeal. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent no.1. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that delay is not sufficiently explained in the civil application. 3.

Delay in filing the first appeal is sufficiently explained in paragraphs 5 to 8 of civil application. Reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted.
