This is an application for condonation of delay of 220 days in preferring the application for leave to file appeal. The respondents No. 1 to 3 are absent though duly served. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application subject to the condition that the applicant pays costs of Rs.3000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of three weeks from today. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the said condition.
