By this First Appeal, the Appellant original Claimant is challenging the judgment and award dated 22.12.2017 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Application No. 511 of 2012 rejecting Applicant's claim application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that Appellant has made out a case for following order:
