This is an interim application seeking to bring on record legal heirs of respondent no.1(b). Respondent no.1(b) passed away on 9th June 2020. The present application has been filed on 5th January 2021. Mr. Kursija, learned advocate of the applicants submits that the Supreme Court has kept in abeyance the period of limitation due to Covid Pandemic from 1/2

14-ia-3122-2022.doc 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022, as per order passed in Miscellaneous Application No.21 of 2022 in Miscellaneous Application No.665 of 2021 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No.3 of 2020. Thus, there is no delay in filing this application. As there is no delay in filing the application and for the reasons set out in interim application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Amendment to be carried out within 14 days from today. Amended copy be served on all the respondents. 2.

Interim application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
