P.C. :- This Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail praying for expediting the hearing of the Appeal which is of the year 2010. It appears that this Court had directed expeditious hearing of the Appeal and consequent thereto, the Appeal filed by the Applicant is on the final hearing board at Serial No.271. 2.

Since this Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail, we appoint Advocate Mr. Vijay Hiremath as a Counsel to represent the Applicant in this Application.

Mr. Vijay Hiremath, learned Counsel appointed for the Applicant in this Application states that the Applicant has undergone about 14 years of imprisonment.
