By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 193 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 22.12.2017 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Application No. 511 of 2012 rejecting Applicant's claim application.
Though Respondents are duly served they have failed and neglected to file their Affidavit-in-Reply to oppose the Civil Application.

30 caf 1555-19=.doc by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
Hence, the following order is passed:
a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.
b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
c) No order as to costs.
