He submits that the Special Civil Suit No.22 of 2013 filed by the respondents herein, is decided and decreed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dadri, Nagar and Haveli on 24.12.2014. In view of this, the Appeal from Order which is filed challenging the order dated 10.5.2013, below exhibit 5 in the same Suit No.22 of 2013 has become infructuous.
