By this civil application, applicant/State of Maharashtra is seeking condonation of 225 days delay in fling frst appeal, challenging judgment and Award dated 29.9.2015 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in LAR No.616/2000.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant and the averments made in civil application,I am satisfed that applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application.

a) Civil application allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which is reproduced below Chitra Sonawane 1

"b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 225 days in fling abovementioned First Appeal against the Judgment and Award daetd 29.9.2015 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag-Raigad in LAR No.616/2000 (Old LAR No.262/1990) b) Civil application is allowed accordingly.
