Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the appellate authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Pune. On instructions he submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the appellate authority is directed to decide the said appeal within stipulated period.

In the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Pune, is directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, if already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from receipt of copy of this order. Needless to observe that the said appeal be decided by the appellate authority by adhering to the principles of natural justice. The appellate authority after deciding the said appeal, communicate the said decision to the petitioner. 4.
