P.C. :- By this Application the Applicant prays that the Appeal filed by him be allowed and also prays for condonation of delay in filing of the present Appeal. The Applicant has also prayed that the present Appeal be heard finally alongwith Criminal Appeal No.128 of 2012.

The Appeal filed by the Applicant questioning his conviction for offence punishable under Section 302 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed after a delay of more than 2 years. For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed to the limited extent of condoning the delay.
